HYD LLC for Cancer Research and Drug Development has been pioneering in research and development related to deuterium depletion, since 1993, and was worldwide the first to investigate the biological role of naturally occurring deuterium. The company\u2019s mission is to develop and register novel products with lower than natural deuterium content.<\/p>\n

HYD LLC brought the product group Preventa\u00ae deuterium-depleted drinking water to the market, in 1999. In 2001, HYD LLC appeared with its development in the international arena. The deuterium-depleted products of HYD have reached more than 50 countries.<\/p>\n

The milestones of HYD\u2019s history, and its major achievements, prizes and acknowledgements:<\/p>\n

1996 \u2013 A patent of HYD won a price at the patent exhibition Genius \u201996.<\/p>\n

1998 \u2013 A patent of HYD won a price at the patent exhibition Genius First Inventors\u2019 Olympic Games.<\/p>\n

2002 \u2013 HYD LLC was rewarded as the 9th fastest developing company of the Central and East European Region in the competition announced by Deloitte & Touche international auditor company. In the region comprising Europe, Middle East and Africa, HYD had the 40th place. The price was delivered to the leaders of the first 500 companies in November 2002 in London.<\/p>\n

2003 \u2013 HYD LLC had the opportunity to introduce itself on EuroNews TV, the program was broadcast in five languages.<\/p>\n

2005 \u2013 Preventa deuterium-depleted drinking water, developed by HYD, won the first prize at the international innovation contest \u201cNew Foods\u201d. The jury especially emphasized the importance of the research and the products based on deuterium-depleted water in health preservation.<\/p>\n

2012 \u2013 Primus Capital closed a HUF 400 Million HUF investment in HYD\u2019s mother company, HYD Pharma Ltd.<\/p>\n

2014 \u2013 The Preventa brand and product design was renewed, the new product line and the latest packaging materials met the highest consumer expectations. The product line has been marketed in a unique bottle with self-adhesive foil label, and the distinction between different deuterium-based Preventa products was enhanced by the unique color coding features of the product family.<\/p>\n

2015 \u2013 The mother company of HYD received GMP certification for its deuterium-depleted water production facility following a successful audition by the Hungarian National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition. DDW, produced by the facility, also serves for the raw material of HYD\u2019s deuterium-depleted drinking water products.<\/p>\n

2016 \u2013 Preventa\u00ae deuterium-depleted drinking water product line was awarded with the MagyarBrands honorable award in the Outstanding Consumer Brand category in 2016.<\/p>\n

2017 \u2013 Export of Preventa products to the USA commenced.<\/p>\n

2019 \u2013 Export of Preventa products to China commenced.<\/p>\n

2020 \u2013 Preventa oyster mushroom capsules \u2212 the first deuterium-depleted dietary supplement \u2212 were registered by the The National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (notification no.: 24917\/2020). Preventa deuterium-depleted oyster mushroom extract is the only 100% natural product of oyster mushrooms that is produced in cultivation using water with reduced deuterium content of 85 ppm.<\/p>\n
